Refund policy
Each Keehn Atelier garment is made to order. We encourage you to review your size, fabric, color, and requested modifications carefully before placing your order.
Standard-Size Garments
Garments purchased in a standard size without custom modifications may be exchanged. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
Custom and Modified Garments
Garments made with custom sizing, special measurements, length adjustments, fabric or color selections, or other personal modifications are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry
All jewelry purchases are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Shipping
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including returning the original garment and shipping the replacement.
We recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking when returning an item. Keehn Atelier is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us before returning an item. Include your name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
